Beehive Cheese
After falling in love with the natural rhythms of cheese-making the old-fashioned way, brothers-in-law Tim Welsh and Pat Ford left their fast-paced careers to found Utah-based Beehive Cheese. Their small batch, hand-crafted cheeses are made from Jersey cow milk and vegetarian rennet, with flavor-rubbed rinds have carried their signature cheeses to multiple American Cheese Society Award wins.
