Schaller & Weber

Schaller & Weber’s butcher shop was founded by Ferdinand Schaller & Tony Weber in 1937 in NYC’s Yorkville neighborhood (Upper East Side). Schaller was born in Stuttgart and learned his trade training across Germany and France and developed his recipes from this learning. Schaller & Weber is still family owned and operated by the 3rd generation, Jeremy Schaller. Sausages are produced in NYC and production and sourcing has expanded to New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Famous for sausages and deli meats, they also produce whole muscle German recipe charcuterie, salami, pâtes, summer sausage, salami sticks as well as import German condiments - kraut, mustards and pickles.
